Evelyn was one of those people you didn’t have to check in on constantly. You could give her something, and she’d run with it—and usually come back with something even better than what you had in mind. She’s creative, but it’s always intentional. Nothing she does feels random; there’s always a reason behind it. What really stood out, though, was her follow-through. She didn’t just start strong—she finished strong too, and it showed in the results. She also did a great job staying organized and keeping things moving, even when there were a lot of competing priorities. That consistency made a big impact on our team.
